PHILOSOPHY
Golf is a study of a life time, where you may exhaust yourself, but never the subject.
One is taught to swing the club on the Driving Range, however one can only learn to play the game
on the course. Its mysteries and pleasures can only be surpassed by its frustrations.
The importance of understanding the rules of the game, observing the etiquette and its code of conduct,
can not be overemphasized. Learning to play fairly, honestly with integrity, whilst showing courtesy to others, is what golf is all about. It’s not just how many, it’s how you play that counts.
It is our duty as golfers to preserve the heritage of the game, to uphold and respect the gentlemanly conduct it deserves for future generations to come.
